Ellie left to figure out ways to stop the Markers while Isaac stayed in hiding and quickly regretted breaking it off with Ellie. However, due to the events Isaac had witnessed and Ellie's ambition to stop the Markers, the two broke it off. In that time, Ellie's lost eye was replaced and the two developed a romantic relationship. Isaac and Ellie continued to hide from EarthGov and resided on the New Horizons Lunar Colony, a city found on Earth's moon. Isaac then escaped with mining engineer Ellie Langford after he destroyed the Marker, resulting in Titan Station's destruction. The Marker built by a delirious Isaac on Titan Station somehow "activated", resulting in another outbreak of Necromorphs. After the events of Dead Space, EarthGov captured Isaac Clarke and harvested his mind for Marker blueprints in order to revive the Marker program, in which Markers are used to provide resources and power for the Human race. And like Visceral has been saying buying these parts, weapons, and armor is optional as it all can be found in-game still with the scavenger bot anyway.Dead Space 3 is set in 2514. Has no effect on the single-player or co-op then I couldn't even be bothered with pretending that I care about MTs being included. There's also the fact that EA had included the words micro-transactions (a dirty word in the gaming community nowadays) in something they've already been doing and yet no one has complained about it before (at least not in the way that we're seeing here). The only difference here is the fact that they will be available on day one instead weeks or months afterwards like in previous entries. One reason for is that the Dead Space games have had paid DLC weapon and armor packs for years and this is really nothing new to the franchise.

If this were say BF3 for example including MTs (why DICE just why?) I can see why people would be so upset over it, but the fact that DS3 is including it doesn't bother me even in the slightest bit. Ok after reading about this and listening to the uproar across the Internet for the past week about this I'm failing to what the big deal is about this being included in DS3.
